The Leeming Training and Intermediate Bands performed an informal concert for friends and family yesterday - and it was also an opportunity to say a huge thank you to the work of Steven Harmer throughout the training band program. The program has been going for 3 years and has expanded to two levels of training bands to accommodate various levels of beginner (or lapsed) musicians. The whole Leeming Area Community Bands membership have benefited from the immense amount of experience that Steve has brought to the bands and especially the training program. So thank you, Steve. We wish you all the best as you step down from Saturday morning band duties and move on to a different kind of Saturday morning duty in the future. Enjoy your sleep ins!
